Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship cuttings with GLS only on Mondays and Tuesdays, so that the plants are not left with the shipping service provider over the weekend. For Austria and Germany, we advise against GLS shipping, as the long delivery times often mean a lot of stress for the plants.

For express shipping:

Cuttings shipped via express delivery (DE, AT only) often arrive the next day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, provided we have the item in stock at our shop and the order is placed by 12:00 PM. We ship Monday-Thursday.

Should the variety you ordered not be in stock exceptionally, we will contact you immediately. In this case, we will ship no later than the following week. Excluded are varieties ordered with a stock level of 0, as the waiting time can vary; this will be displayed in a large yellow window when ordering.
