Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship cuttings with GLS only on Mondays and Tuesdays, so that the plants do not remain with the shipping service provider over the weekend. For Austria and Germany, we advise against GLS shipping, as the long delivery times often mean a lot of stress for the plants.

With express shipping:

Cuttings shipped with express shipping (DE, AT only) often arrive at your door the next day between 8:00 and 12:00, provided we have the goods in stock in our shop and the order is placed by 12:00. We ship Monday to Thursday

If the variety you ordered is exceptionally not in stock, we will contact you immediately. In this case, we will ship no later than the following week. Exceptions are varieties that were ordered with a stock level of 0, as the waiting time can vary; this will be displayed in a large yellow window when ordering.
